Swipe while pin is temporarily inactive

I have a pin on my android device.I have the pin set to automatically lock after 30 minutes. I do not want the power button to automatically lock. During that 30 minutes when I wake the device, I want there to be a swipe screen (the screen that exists without the lock).

When I turn off "power button instantly locks" then there is no swipe screen. I need the swipe screen to prevent unwanted calls, app launches, etc.

Go in Settings>Lock Screen and toggle it.

Go to Settings>Lock Screen>Screen Lock and choose your lock method
