Swiped away Smartwatch Cards on iOS, HELP! How do I get them back?

I am using an android wear device and accidently swiped away some of my cards. How do I get these back?!

I'm pretty late on this, but in case OP or someone else is interested, Android Wear is primarily meant for notifications and "in the moment" kind of quick, little tasks. If a card is swiped away, you have roughly five seconds to swipe back to that card and tap "undo". After that, the card and the notification on your phone are removed. However, this is JUST the notification that is removed, nothing else!

So, if you swiped away a notification about a new email, that notification is removed, but the email itself is still there... you can go back to your email app (on your phone) and it will still be there.
