switch sd cards

i have a 16 gb microsd card coming any day now. please suggest some ways to exchange and keep all of my data.

fixed the title for you.

i don't know what phone you have but as long as you are just switching 1 micro sd to another micro sd then i would plug you phone into your computer and then just copy over all of the content into a folder on your computer's desktop. then switch the sd card and drag it onto the new sd card. that's what i have done. the only thing is make sure you have a lot of time available or that you don't need you phone. this can take a while to do if you have a lot saved on your card.

You might have to format the card in your phone first. I didn't but I have heard of people that have had to. All you need to do is put your new card into the phone before moving anything over.
