Switch to speakerphone while charging?

I have a HTC Droid Incredible and since I don't use a Bluetooth headset and there unfortunately isn't an integrated car mount for the phone (yet?), I am curious if there is a way to automatically turn the speakerphone on when the phone is plugged into a charger and then turn the speakerphone off when its unplugged? Can this be done in the settings or is there an app for it?

I realize I can activate the speakerphone after the call is answered, but I really don't want to be tapping my phone more than once when a call is taken while driving.

Thanks.

Have you tried the Car Mode app?
It puts all calls to speakerphone when you enable it. I'm not sure if there's a setting for plugged/unplugged but at least it's still easier than answering then putting on speaker.
Settings Profiles also lets you do this, so if you made a profile for when the car is charging it would do it automagically :)

There is no setting to have it answer in speaker phone while plug in, and I haven't seen an application that would help you :(

I completely agree with the "Settings Profiles" app from the market recommendation. Its a great app to have for stuff like that and would really work for what you are trying to do.

Awesome, thanks for the recommendation. I just installed the "Setting Profiles lite" app, and created an On Charger profile to switch on speakerphone and keep the screen on which activates only when the phone is plugged on. Works perfectly.
