switched carriers same device, how and where updates coming from

im on vzw device ported to tmobile. when updates come since im not using tmobile note 7 model and using vzw note 7 on tmobile sim, wheres my updates coming from. whether OTA or download via pc or smartswitch.

im not only one on non tmobile device.

tried checking updates and returned service temp not avail''''''''i guess it means because it dont see vzw as provider no more

Verizon's not your provider, so they don't come from there. TMobile's not your phone supplier, so they don't come from there. They might come from the manufacturer, or they may not come from anywhere.

Go to XDA Forums, to the forum for your phone model, and see if anyone there can help you. (Samsung ROMS are readily available, but Samsung updates have to be captured on the fly, and not too many people can do that. But there are some on XDA who do - and post the files.)

You will most likely have to upgrade via PC using Samsung Kies once Verizon makes the update available.

Verizon usually has an upgrade utility when connected to the pc.... I was able to update that way...

You can also bring it into Samsung inside best buy to update it for you.

On the Verizon s7 edge, you were able to flash the unlocked software on it not sure if it would be possible on the note 7 though
