Switched to T-Mobile flashing TM firmware recommended?

As the title says, I switched to TM using a unlocked note9. Is it recommended to flash the official TM firmware?

All carrier are same , but TMobile will be good

I used to do this on my Verizon N9. I pop in my tmobile sim and get the tmobile update. Tmobile seems to be quicker on the patch vs the big red. Works fine (tmo update using Verizon sim).
