I have a question about going from one ICS Rom to another. Upon looking at the instructions for installing AOKP, it says to Odin back to Gingerbread and standard CWM 5. Exactly how would I go about doing this? I am a little confused with the directions and don't want to brick my phone. Thank you.

When you are switching from touchwiz based ICS you need to use Odin to put on the EL26 Kernel that has cwm 5 and is based on gingerbread. Your phone won't boot with this but you can access the recovery via vol + up, then from that recovery wipe and flash AOKP. Once you are on AOKP it includes the TWRP recovery and you should be fine to use that one completely.

Ok that makes sense. So I will download AOKP to the phone. Use Odin to flash EL26. Then go into recovery and flash the new rom. Thanks for the help!
