Hi all,
I am the owner of a Samsung Galaxy S Blaze from T Mobile. However, ever since I moved from South Carolina to Upstate New York, T Mobile has been terrible. I had awful problems with my data coverage, until I finally got an agent that was brave enough to say that the coverage in this area for them just isn't great. This is AFTER I had factory reset my phone and lost all my information, and being charged an $80 out of warranty fee for water damage after being advised to switch the device out for a new one - which I KNOW did not occur because I am super careful with my devices, and they are never anywhere near water. After all of that, I tried to dispute the charge through UPS, who shipped the old phone back to them, was connected to a late night phone sex line- not once, but TWICE when they tried to connect me to UPS. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with T Mobile at all, and, after all that, my coverage still sucks, of course. However, I cannot afford to buy out the plan.

So, I get an email from Credo. They can buy out my plan, give me a brand new Samsung Galaxy S III for free, and let me test out the coverage, etc with a temporary number for 30 days. They have Sprint's network, so they should be good. An added perk is that they support the same progressive causes that I do (Women's rights, LGBT rights, worker's rights, etc), and a portion of their profits goes to those non profits. So, I really don't have anything to lose- except all of my apps and information.

Is there a way to switch phones and keep all of that? I know that the contacts stay with your Google account, but, beyond that, is everything else lost?

Thanks for reading all of this, and I hope it keeps folks away from T Mobile LOL, and any help is greatly appreciated.
