Switching Users on the Tab S3

We are using the Galaxy Tab S3 in an enterprise environment. We set up the tablets with an Admin profile and a Restricted User Profile for the main tablet user. When you start the tablet form power off mode it defaults to the admin profile and the user has to switch to their profile to put in their pin number. Since I have gotten complaints from people who can't figure out the simple step of switching to their profile, despite repeated and written instructions, I have to ask; is there a way to have the tablet default to the last user on start up? That way they don't have to switch to their user profile. They can just enter their pin and go. Thanks.
