SWM Download Link broken?

Hey, I can't seem to get the link from the sticky to download SWM to work. Did it change or something or is this just me? I'm using Google Chrome on a Windows 7 OS, but i've tried downloading it with other browsers and download managers as well, no luck. Any suggestions?
