Swype - Contacts & custom words

Does anyone know how to make Swype not recognize all of my contacts' first and last names as custom words? I have over 700 facecrack friends and it magically made all of their first and last names custom words in the Swype word list. This is very frustrating because it's always plugging in "words" I don't intend. I'd prefer to manually add names of contacts I actually use on a frequent basis.

Any ideas?

You can go into settings and see if they give you an option to manually edit the user dictionary. You can also change the speed vs accuracy slider to make it more precisely follow your trace line. That has helped me with wrong word problems a lot. You just have to be more direct with where your finger is going.
