Swype - Way to backup personal dictionary??

I have a lot of custom words in my Swype personal dictionary yet I can't find a way to back up the dictionary. I know there are full back up utilities that back up the entire phone. I am just trying to back up the dictionary database.

Can someone walk me through this?
