Sync 3 cannot initialize android auto[Solved]

My Samsung S-10 will no longer connect to a car. I have a 2017 mustang with Sync 3. When I try to connect, I get the Sync 3 circle of death (sync cannot initialize android auto).

I tried another S-10 phone with the same cable and it connects perfectly. So, it is not the cable nor the car.

I did purchase a USB IF certified cable, phone still does not connect.

The phone connects to my laptop, I can get to all the files. Samsung Dex connects and works.

I have allowed every setting I have found.

The phone just will not connect to the car.

Any thoughts?

Well, this is the Galaxy Flip 4 forum, not the S-10 forum, so I'm not sure that you'll find much help here.

I read a post on google/android auto that said to clear the cache on Google Play Services.

I turn on the notifications from Google Play Services and cleared the cache the phone hooked up immediately.
