Sync check ins?

Greetings guys!

Tonight I have FINALLY setup a foursquare account and Yelp. So heres a question for you...

Is there a way to get Face book check ins to automatically sync my Yelp/Foursquare accounts?

As in I want to check in VIA Facebook but have it update my other 2 accounts for me? I was just wondering. Or could I have Yelp update the other 2?

I am not seeing anything online about. Any help would be sweet! Thanks a lot guys...
