sync contacts from second account

My google account is with my personal email which I set my bionic up on. Now I added my "work" email which is through google apps with a non-gmail domain name....I have email coming, calendar working through sharing with my personal account...however, all of my contacts are in my google apps account. How do I get these to sync with my Bionic rather than my "personal" contacts through my gmail account.

I had everything working perfectly with my original Droid..but can't for the life of me figure out how I did it two years ago!
