I have been looking around for software that will sync all outlook functions. I want my Droid and Outlook to sync 100% so that when I delete an email on my Droid it deletes it on my Outlook and when I send from my Droid a copy goes in my sent box on Outlook. I have found lots of options. What are people using here?

Exchange is what you are looking for.

There are several very reasonably priced hosted exchange providers including Sherweb, Mailstreet, Hostway and others that will give you a hosted exchange mailbox that will do what you describe. They will even set you up with your own domain name.

Most "home" e-mail accounts are POP3 and though you can sync your calendar and contacts from Outlook to g-mail and do it that way, I don't believe it will do the e-mail sync you describe unless you forward your mail from you current POP to g-mail and use g-mail exclusively.

Hope this helps.

Exchange really isn't a "sync app" as a lot of people seem to make it out to be. It is a way of syncing with Outlook but it's not a practical or even desired solution for everyone (though my primary account is a hosted Exchange account with MailStreet).

I have no idea what most people are using and it really doesn't matter what most use. It's what best suits the OP that matters. I'd suggest taking a look at http://www.syncdroid.net

You can't really sync with a POP account due to its limitations.
