Sync Outlook Calendar with Google calendar

How do I sync my Google calendar to my Outlook Calendar? I can't find the settings for that on my phone. I use Google calendar but want it to sync to my Outlook as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply it should be able to sync with other calendars without your calendar having to be public..thats a huge fail on Microsoft's part.
