Sync problem

Ever since the update I have had problems with my S8 now I can't turn on sync in samsung cloud I got Auto sync turned on I have cleaned cache but can not turn it on appreciate any help
 
Thanks for the response ?????? I figured out the problem I was not connected to the Wi-Fi the phone shows a symbol saying am but I'm not ? I loved my Galaxy S5 it had nice easy settings but this galaxy s8 commumicates by innuendo.
 
The symbol says that you're connected to a wifi router - you may have a limited connection, which means no internet. It can happen if there's something set up wrong in the router or the phone (like setting up a static IP in the phone).

Thanks Rukbut all my fault now I have another problem the Bluetooth is playing up I got it to Sync to my car yesterday and today it says no Bluetooth found ? ever since the update it seams very Buggy.
