I am in the US and have an ATT Galaxy S4 running 4.2.2
1. In Notification-Quick Panel- Sync icon. What is synced and when? Is it over Wi-fi only?
2. In Settings-Accounts-Google -email. When are these synced? Is it over Wi-fi only? What is "People details" and how is it different than contacts? Are Picasa Web albums and Google + photos redundant?
3. In Settings-Connections-Data Useage-Menu- Restrict background. What apps and services are affected by this option?
Is there any relationship of the 3 items listed above? If one is selected will it over ride the other two?
