Sync S Health with my Dell PC

Husband uses Galaxy S6 Edge phone far more than I do, so I'd like to be able to sync my PC with it so I can use S Health at home when he's out (a lot).
Can anyone help please? When I enter S Health on PC, it just comes up with "S Health" "installed". What do I have to do to get into it? Thanks.

Samsung S Health is not available for PC. If you're looking for it in Google Play (and you're logged into your account) on your PC then Google Play is telling you that it's already installed on your phone.
