Sync S4 with Outlook on Mac?

Has anyone been able to sync a Samsung Galaxy S4 (or any Samsung) with Outlook on a Mac? I have tried Kies - it seems to be fine for what it does - except it only has the option to sync with iCal. I use Outlook. The rest of my office is on PC, my department uses Outlook to sync calendars. I need to sync that calendar with my S4. I will even settle for it working with my S3 if I have to. Any suggestions? Kies connects and transfers files - I even did a backup just for kicks. Just cannot do Outlook on my Mac.
