"A note on removing these apps! If you already have an account setup in the phone under ?Settings > Accounts and Sync? for an app you need to remove the account for the app first. If you plan on using any of the built in sync features for Twitter, Facebook, or Flickr (like contacts or photos) you need to keep Friend Stream. If you have accounts setup and remove the apps you will have a persistent sync symbol in your message bar and Accounts and Sync may be inaccessible."

So i deleted a couple stock apps, and apparently i did not remove the account before deleting. now i have the "persistent sync symbol" i my message bar and i cant get rid of it. anyway of fixing this? im not sure exactly what program did this, but im pretty sure it was friends stream. (maybe footprints, but i never synced an account with that?)
i did not remove the apps, i instead moved them in such a way that they no longer appear as apps to have them cleaned out from my apps drawer. so if i knew how to do so, i could move the apps back to their original state. but i dont know how to do so haha
oh and to remove the apps, i went into adb shell and entered the commands:
cd /system/app
/system/bin/mv Your_APP.apk Your_APP.apk.bak
can anyone help me out on this?
