I really am baffled by a lot of what Contacts (aka People) does. I don't understand at all why there are different files for phone and each Google account (I have two, so three different contacts files). But, back to the questions at hand:
1. When I add a person from phone or just from the app by ADDing someone, what account is it in (google1, google2, or phone)?
2. What exactly does sync do? I haven't seen any settings I could find, and what it seems to do is, if I add a new contact to the phone that isn't on Google, when I sync it gets deleted from the phone!
Is there a configuration option where I can specify how sync behaves (add to google, delete from phone, delete from google, etc.).
