ok so not quite a Bionic question, but I know y'all are the savviest users out there and can help - so let me lay out my situation:

I use Yahoo email. Have used it for years and am not a huge fan of the Gmail UI. Anyway, I do have my Google contacts synced with my Bionic, which I love. The problem happens when I add a new contact into Yahoo - I need to sync this up with my Google contacts. Is there an app or a hack or something that will automatically sync my Yahoo and Google contacts? I've tried exporting and importing but this becomes very cumbersome - there's no incremental backup/restore functionality and I wind up getting a lot of dups that I need to consolidate.

Thanks in advance.

bump. No one has any ideas on this? I found Soocial but looks expensive...

How to use Google Contacts as a Unified Address Book

Good luck.

Did you sync your yahoo account in your phone? I thought that was part of the process that Blur automatically did, adding your yahoo contacts to the phone, and thus to Gmail.

Perhaps I understood incorrectly, but it seems to be that way on mine.

I hesitated to do this, as I thought it also would send my yahoo mail through the stock email app - I don't want that as I use MailDroid for this purpose. I'll give it a shot and see what it does. Thanks.

edit - went into Settings, Accounts, clicked on Yahoo and deselected email. Let's see how this goes. Cool beans, didn't know you could sync contacts too!
