Synced from iPhone using sync manager but can't get passed start up?

Just got my hands on the HTC one, synced my iPhone back up but the start up manager on the HTC won't go passed the next stage, the update appears to have happened on my phone as the wallpaper has changed but I only have a 'back' button on the phone no 'next?

Help?!!
