Synching Contacts, Address Book to Droid X

Does anyone know how to Synch Contacts from Outlook and the Address book as well to the Droid X-

What about current email or SMS messages on my Blackberry 9700 can those be synched as well?

The easiest way...

The easiest way is to export your contacts from outlook in a CSV file and import them to your google account. They will automatically be synced with your phone.

Go into your (mandatory) google account. You will be able to sync from there. There's a download on that site for syncing with Outlook. Works very well; very simple.
