Synching Multiple exchnage calendars on a single exchange account

Folks,

I'm going nuts trying to figure this one out and I'm hoping one of you is smarter then me. I have a situation where I have two outlook calenders on a single exchnage account. One of them is my personal calender and the other is my work calender. My phone is more then happy to connect to the exchange server and sync one of the two calenders, but completely ignores the other calenders existence. I can't figure out a work around for this and would really like to be able to see my work calender on my S3.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is really an annoying issue that I would love to see either fixed with a good App or addressed in the OS. I hope someone helps us soon.

As a workaround, can you sync one of the calendars to a Google account calendar, and then sync that with your phone?
