Syncing Galaxy Tab 3 to Galaxy S4

I just got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. I want to sync it with my Samsung GS4. Anyone know how?

Welcome to Android Central! What exactly are you trying to sync? If they're both logged into the same Google account, and if they both have the same 3rd party apps (like Facebook) logged into the same accounts, then they'll both sync with your information in the cloud.

If that isn't enough, you could look into using Helium.
