Hi Everyone!
Well I have been a MAC user for a few years and since I just sold my iPhone I was looking for a replacement media device but did not want to go back to Apple. So Sunday I picked up the Note 8. I like the the size of the tablet, the multi-tasking features and the micro SD card slot. However, one reason I purchased this device was to be able to upload my music, podcasts, and audio books to for use on the go. First, I ran into issues using syncing with Kies. I finally got it to sync but only wifi and it doesn't seem to be working properly. Anyway, now that I have managed to transfer some music I have found that the tablet will not read Lossless. Haaaaa. Do I need to reformat all 3300 songs? Then I tried to use the USB to connect it to my Pioneer deck. It says that the usb is not compatible . A work around for this it to use the 3.5mm aux in on the deck but I am using that for my HM radio. Which means connecting and disconnecting all the time. Also the usb will keep the Note 8 charged which was a plus. So far I am really enjoying the tablet but much of what I want to use it for is being severely limited. I also haven't tried created any notes and saving them to my computer. I would hate to have to return it because it won't interact with any of my other components... Help!
