syncing Memos from Palm treo 755p to Moment

Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer the many memos I have on my Palm desktop to my Moment?

i bought pocket copy and it took my calendar, contacts, memos and tasks fast and easy
very very easy. After that i tried to get that info into my samsung moment...I did but i am not happy...i need to re do it..( not the fault of pocket copy....Pocket copy did copy it all into outlook. There are several way to get the info from outlook into the phone and that is where i got all confused...I think the easiest way is a program called Sync CRM and PIM data with iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre, Google, Windows Mobile, and Palm OS - CompanionLink Software they even have live support. ( i am not sure...you might not need pocket copy if you have companion link....( again pocket copy did the job so fast and easy. send me an email and let me know how you finally do it....Thanks
