Syncing Motorola Droid Mini with PC

I have recently purchase a Droid Mini which replaced my old HTC phone.. With my HTC phone I used their download HTC Sync Mgr and was able to easily sync my contacts and calendar between my phone and Outlook on my PC (running Windows Mail). What options are there that will allow me to sync between Windows Mail and my Droid Mini.
