syncing music using Kies

When you sync a GS3 to your PC using Kies, does it simply make the GS3 match what is in the appropriate file on your PC? So when I add and remove songs on my PC, then sync, the GS3 will also add or remove those songs.

But if I add or remove songs on the GS3, then sync, will syncing change the files on my PC?

as far as i know it will only add new things so if u have new tracks on ur phone theyl copy to the pc + vice versa

Y would u use kies to sync music anyway when u have google play and amazon cloud?

can u use them with ur own music files or does it have to be music u bought from them?

Both theres a desktop app for both to send tha music from ur computer to tha cloud
