Has anyone been able to sync this phone with Windows Media Player successfully? I don't understand what has happened. About three weeks ago I was able to plug my Thunderbolt into my computer, set it to Media Sync mode, and run an automatic sync with Windows Media Player. Now, when I try to do the same thing, my computer tells me it is unable to install the necessary MTP driver. My computer doesn't even recognize that the Thunderbolt is plugged in while in Media Sync mode. Any ideas?

I haven't had a problem when I use my Windows 7 computer but do when I try the Windows Vista laptop. it takes an eternity for Vista to recognize the phone. What Windows version are you using?
I am using 7 Home Edition. This issue seems to get more and more bizarre. Today I decided to try Doubletwist. Doubletwist recognizes, reads from, and writes to my Thunderbolt WHILE IT IS IN CHARGE ONLY MODE. On the other hand, Windows Media Player only knows it exists in Disk Drive mode...
