System resources won't allow downloads

I can't download any music now through YouTube music because it says I don't have a necessary system resources. I've got playing room on my hard drive I'm going to stock launcher I don't get it

What has your hard drive got to do with it? Downloads go to internal storage. Do you have sufficient free internal storage?

Yes that's what I was talking about. 16gig free internal storage

Welcome to Android Central! Can you tell us the exact error message you see?

I had to many devices. Amazon music did the same thing. Everyone I factory reset when I reinstall the secret treated it like a completely new device
