System stuck on GOOGLE loading after screen replace

Hello,
I just changed my screen and after that my system is stuck on GOOGLE loading page. I can turn the phone off, reboot or load twrp, but the other system isn't loading at all.

this is bootloop, you need to flash a new rom.
