Getting this several times a day. Twice I've wiped the cache. Started after the last update. Anyone else?

If you wiped the App storage cache and the cache partition, try device reset.
If that doesn't work, call tech support and get the issue documented. Hopefully, they will endorse the exchange. It should be under warranty. If you are in the 14 day window, do an exchange in person if possible.
Factory reset is always recommend after any major update. If it was a minor patch update, clear the cache.
Since you have tried clearing the cache, might as well try a factory reset.

Btw did this start right after you booted back up after the update or did it take a while?

It took a while, but I haven't installed anything new since the update

Damn now I got this problem. Going to try the cache trick, fingers crossed it works. But i had to put my phone into safe mode just for it to do ANYTHING! As that notifacation just kept popping up, pop up after pop up. Ive downloaded way to many apps. Im not sure (stupidly) if i have these backed up anywhere as this is somewhat a new phone. Just kinda forgot to do it. Any other suggestions besides doing a factory reset and clearing cache?
