System UI Isn't Responding

On my LG Q60 sometimes it pops up System UI isn't responding. I've also noticed my phone is really slow when it happens. Obviously my phone isn't broke or has a Virus on it. Any ideas on a app i have to install or a permanent fix ?

How often does it happen? It may be due to some app you installed that is causing instability. Unfortunately, if it only happens occasionally, it can be difficult to pinpoint the problem app. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away. An alternative would be to reboot the phone whenever this happens.

See if still happening in safe mode , if same then factory reset.
