system ui tuner is not activating

My system ui tuner is not activating....when i m pressing and holding system icons....it doesn't spins...plzz help me out..its gionee S6s...i want to change my status barr an quick settings...

Welcome to the forums. I'm not sure about your phone, but some manufacturers didn't enable the System UI tuner feature. Just in case, do you have the developer options enabled in your settings? If so, make sure that the three animation values are not set as 0x.
