System Update 9 is available for download

Got it this morning too. After the update do you get a Time and Weather Is Running notification every few seconds up top?

Yup, I see it now. It shows up every time I go to the home screen. I'm going to see what I can do to stop from seeing that dot

Turn off the Time and Weather Notification. I read people with other model phones are having the same problem after this update.
