System Update on Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 - states up to date but is not. What do I do?

System Update on Samsung Gallaxy Tab 3 - states up to date but is not.

Our business has 6 Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Version 7. Only 2 will update to the current 4.4 version. When I go to software update to check for updates, it states it's current on version 4.2.2.

Welcome to Android Central! Are they all the exact same model number?

You should be able to manually update the firmware using either Samsung Kies or Smart Switch.
