Last night thinking i was doing the right thing,i finaly downloaded & installed the operating system update, i hate it, does anyone please know if there is a way to uninstall it.

The only way to downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat is if your device is rooted. Please see this thread from XDA.

You do NOT need to root to downgrade to 4.4.2.

All you have to do is download the correct firmware for your model from sammobile.com, flash it with Odin and factory reset your Tab in recovery mode afterwards. I used these instructions for going back to KitKat

Just remember to disable the software update app and "auto update" option in settings BEFORE you connect to the internet, otherwise the tablet will download Lollipop again.
