System Updates cannot be installed - Alcatel 1 (5033D)

Hello,

By following the news:

I noticed that the System updates were not up to date on my smartphone and that the manual search "CHECK UPDATE" tells me "Device up to date".

Android security patch level: September 5, 2018 (instead of a more recent May 5, 2019 for example).
Build number: 01004 (instead of a more recent 01007 for example).

I can download the apps updates via Google Play Store and Wi-Fi.

Any idea how to force the update to a newer version?

P.S.: I sent a support request to Alcatel a week ago via the official smartphone contact form, but no answer yet.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get this phone unlocked, or did you get it directly from a carrier? If you got it from a carrier, are you currently using it on their network? Carrier-specific phones usually have to be on the original carrier network to get official system updates.
