T-Mobile $30 100/unlimited SMS/5G 4G Auto-Pay

If you're on this plan and have Auto-Pay set up, have you had problems with it not renewing? My account renewed fine until July. The customer portal said I was still enrolled in Auto-Pay, as did many of the half-dozen CSRs I spoke or chatted with. No one can tell me why it stopped working.
