T Mobile and the BYOD App

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have this phone and T-Mobile? I was under the impression that it would work with WiFi calling and VoLTE just fine. However, when I ran the BYOD app, it is saying that this device is NOT compatible.

I was using the Essential Phone for a week and when I tried this same app, both WiFi and VoLTE came back green and compatable, so the app definitely did work for me.

Any input or advice? Thanks.

Both work fine on T-Mobile. It's a new device, may not be updated yet.
