T-mobile cust serv pranks calls me?

Anyone else receive a call from "t-mobile customer service" where they claim that you called them when you didnt? (I really wasnt calling them, I was sleeping and my phone was out of hand's reach so unless my phone has some bug that calls customer service on its own...)

And if anyone did, anyone know how to fix this? I mean if this was another slew of utah computer dialers I'd jus put my number on the ntnl do not call list. But yea I'm totally confuzzled here.

Yes, I got one too a few weeks ago. They then offered $50 off my bill for my trouble... in return for extending my contract 2 years! Insane and shockingly scummy. The call came from an actual T-Mobile number.

That seems strange...Bill credits don't require a two year contract extension. So unless they were pitching a new plan that could save you money every month, you shouldn't/wouldn't have had to extend your contract.

I'd take that call with a grain of salt.
