T-Mobile Data Speeds - Milwaukee, WI

My wife and I are switching to T-Mobile on a value plan ($60 less per month than what we were getting at At&t) and since our Nexus 4's are on HSPA+ anyway we aren't losing LTE. What sort of speeds should we expect? Thanks!
