T-Mobile Galaxy Watch LTE Acting Weird

1. Every time I turn the watch on, I get a notification that cannot be dismissed - it reads..."Download content only available to T-Mobile subscribers" with an option to "install" - it says all prior carrier info will be deleted when installed. I have done this "install" dozens of times and have no clue what it even is.

2. I have never received an update - My app on my s9 continues to say "You're using the latest software" - Although T-Mobile and numerous sites claim that there have been 2 updates since release.

What could possibly be up? Any suggestions on how to remedy these 2 issues?

I have a Verizon LTE version and I have not seen any of these notifications.

I am also not sure about two LTE updates. I am of the understanding that LTE has had only one update. The Bluetooth version has had two. And depending on when you got your watch, that first update may have already been applied.

You might need to do a reset on the watch.

Are you still within the time allowed to return it and get a replacement? You might need to do that.

Thanks - I got the word on the updates from T-Mobile themselves -they can't understand why I haven't gotten the updates - they also have a website https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-38218 - I'm still on R805USQU1ARH8

And I have reset the thing a dozen times - same thing -

I was just looking at the link you provided and it is saying that the most recent update, which is the version I have on my Verizon LTE watch, was paused on Dec. 7.
