T- Mobile has a Galaxy Note 3 I bought used, Blacklisted no network. After switching carriers, why don't I have a network available?

T- Mobile has a galaxy note 3 i bought used, Blacklisted no network

I bought a used galaxy note 3 with a T- Mobile Carrier and found out it was Blacklisted.. I switched it to Straight Talk and was activated but no network available?

Because its blacklisted. Carriers share blacklisted info for these reasons. Its to prevent people from stealing phones and using them on other networks.
