Don't know, but the down payment for me for the regular Note 10 with JOD was $89.99. I think since I've been with them a long time I'm on either their highest or one of their highest credit tiers. So I'm guessing it's a little bit more than that for the Note 10 Plus base option.

I was told I'm well qualified and they still won't budge on the 180. Happens every time. They say 180 is the absolute lowest price even though multiple people here will get it for nearly $100 less.

Check your FICO score. You can only get the lowest payments if you're in Excellent level and have been with TMo for more than 2 years. The 89 down-payment onky applies to JUMP! / JOD! Customers. The lowest payment on lease/financing is 150 (plus taxes and fees)

Oh, and obviously that's for the base 256GB plus model. It increases as you go up in storage.

I always have to kick and scream about shipping... They have been charging me since the S9 I think. I always have to call the next morning and ask for a bill credit. Annoying! Glad you got it included (as it should be) right away.

Depends on the rep. Try and talk to them on a weekday during the day. You'll get the good reps that give overnight for free.

Yeah, I think next pre-order I'll have to restrain myself and not pre-order at midnight and wait until the next day at business hours. Definitely have had a lot better luck with US-based reps than the overseas outsourced ones afterhours. Even this pre-order had to call 3 times because they were having issues processing payments.

Yeah, in the T-Mobile Pre-Order thread I mentioned they tried to charge me for shipping too. Here was the exchange:
