Well, we already knew that H+ speeds are great!

But someone just happening upon LTE in KC isn't really a prime example of what to expect. Tmo has alot of testing ahead before you will see peak LTE performance.

Notice the upload. The download's th same as HSPA+ but upload is much better. That helps on VOIP apps and video calls.
 
I don't get it. Hspa is so much better and also better for your battery.

True about the battery - ideally, I'd like to be able to switch between the two and have the choice of better battery or better speed when needed.
 
That's not advanced they are testing. Just their standard band 4 lte is what they are testing. LTE advanced even in testing would see far greater speeds
